Technical Director
With over 15 years in TV post-production, James specialises in creating bespoke workflows, software, and hardware that help productions manage large volumes of media on tight deadlines. He has worked across genres including natural history, drama, and entertainment for broadcasters such as the BBC, Netflix, and Disney.
Sarah Miller
Managing Director
Sarah brings over 20 years of post-production experience, having worked at many of Bristol’s major facilities throughout her career. She co-founded Big Bang Post Production in 2004, serving as Facility Manager for a decade, before joining Doghouse Post Production and becoming its Managing Director in 2022.
Frey Tay
Director
Fred runs VFX and graphics departments and consults on post-production workflows, with experience as a Senior Online Editor and Colourist across natural history, factual, and entertainment programming. He draws on both on-set and production experience to design unique workflows for award-winning series.
