James Dalby
Technical Director
With over 15 years in TV post-production, James specialises in creating bespoke workflows, software, and hardware that help productions manage large volumes of media on tight deadlines. He has worked across genres including natural history, drama, and entertainment for broadcasters such as the BBC, Netflix, and Disney.
Sarah Miller
Director
Sarah brings her outstanding reputation as a leading figure in post having worked and run many major regional facilities throughout her career. She co-founded Big Bang Post Production in 2004, before joining Doghouse Post which she developed into a highly acclaimed facility, she became Managing Director in 2022 and continues to run this award winning facility. She oversees all operations and client workbook at Zenko.
Fred Tay
Director
Fred brings his industry expertise to Zenko with experience as a Senior Online Editor, Colourist and Supervisor across multiple genres and award winning series. He has run in house editorial and VFX departments drawing on over 30 years of on-set and post production experience. He consults on post and VFX workflows and will develop strategic client relationships and new innovation partnerships.
Fred is also co-owner and director of Doghouse Post.
